AudioMove is a portable audio tool capable of converting music files into WAV, AIFF, FLAC or OGG file types. It can also be used for modifying the audio parameters of a file without changing its extension.
No setup required
Because there's no installation involved, you can save the app files to a custom directory on the HDD an double-click the executable to launch the utility. There's also the option of keeping it stored on a USB flash drive, in order to directly run AudioMove on any computer with minimum effort and no previous installers. It doesn't add new entries to the Windows registry.
As far as the interface goes, the application adopts a standard window with a well-structured layout, where all important options are visible. Audio tracks can be added from file or folders. Thanks to the fact that batch processing is supported, you can convert as many items as you want at a time.
Configure audio conversion settings
Apart from picking the output file type (or leaving it unchanged), it's possible to set the sample rate, width, quality and number of threads as the output options.
Furthermore, you can split multi-track files, set the destination directory or keep the new files in the same location as the source, disable overwrite actions in case files with the same names already exist, as well as put together a virtual drive file. The task can be paused or canceled, while selected, completed or aborted conversion tasks can be removed from the list to free up space.
Evaluation and conclusion
It carried out tasks swiftly in our tests, without triggering the OS to hang, crash or prompt error messages. CPU and RAM usage was minimal, so it didn't hamper the overall performance of the computer.
However, the options are too advanced for casual users, and there is no help file implemented in the GUI. Otherwise, AudioMove should meet the requirements of experienced users looking for a comprehensive audio converter.

In MMS, custom profile is not able to be deleted. Do you know what means?
My friend have that problem. He want delete custom profile created. But, this custom profile can not be delete.
The custom profile have profile code and groups. If he select the code and groups on custom profile, they can not be delete or reinstall.
He try to delete profile from terminal. Then, we have to restart MMS.
But, we don’t want to restart MMS all time.
Thank you.

There is an issue with the way the custom profiles are written, you cannot delete them by using the GUI or the MySQL CLI to remove them. The best way to remove them is to simply remove the profile from the server (not remove the MySQL instance), and then recreate it (assuming you have saved the current profile). This will create a new profile with the same profile code and groups.Characterization of the in vitro kinetics of multidrug resistance of adult acute myeloid leukemia.
We studied the in vitro multidrug resistance (MDR) characteristics of 10 adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines. MDR was examined quantitatively using the multidrug resistance ratio (MRR) and the drug specificity constant (Km/Vm) method. Highly variable Km and Vm values were obtained for P-glycoprotein (PGP) based on different drug substrates, reflecting the different intracellular drug concentrations achieved. Amikacin and verapamil were the drugs with the highest PGP-mediated MDR activity, whereas Doxorubicin was the most susceptible to MDR-mediated drug efflux. MDR indices were generally significantly higher than the corresponding MDR indices of the K562 myeloid cell line. The

C++: Is there a better way to reuse functions?
Say I have this snippet of C++ code.
std::ifstream file(file_name);
std::string line;
while (std::getline(file, line))
{
//do something on line…
}
This code is only part of a larger function. I am wondering if there is a better way to refactor this code and avoid repeating the getline() code. I want to avoid repeating the getline
